This Vintage Traction Kit can be used on any type of powersports application where you need extra traction. Pictures shown are examples of fitment on specific bikes, although it’s recommended that measurements are taken of your particular bike and compared with details provided in the SPECS below for the best fit possible.

Our Wavy-Checkered-Flag design features a surface texture of widely spaced negative indentations for knees, ankles, and shoe bottoms to grab into. This works much in the same way as golf ball dimples and hand grip designs.
 
The material itself has a tactile feel giving an excellent coefficient of friction. The edges of the checkers are rounded yet there is enough difference in height to provide a surface to easily lock into.
 
The result is functional traction with a very comfortable feel on legs and knees in jeans, regular street clothing, and leathers.
 
This profile provides 70%-75% of traction properties as compared to the Volcano Profile.
