K-Tech shock springs are manufactured from the highest grade Chrome Silicone wire, each spring is cold coiled, heat-treated, pre-set and ground to the length within a +/-3mm consistency. All springs are further verified and rate checked to within 2 % of the actual rate. Phosphate coating is then applied to protect against corrosion and then powder coated before the part number is applied. All spring applications are a direct fit and do not require any additional spacers or collars.

All springs are manufactured to DIN 2095 grade1.
