The 2020+ MV Agusta 1000CC Brutale is probably one of the most interesting hyper naked bikes we have tested this year. Every aspect of this bike is AMAZING! It's looks are one of a kind and the top end acceleration is almost violent. Tipping the scales at less than 400lbs (RING version), this bike also feels lightweight and has the handheld to back up it's brutal power. The MV uses an Eldor 2.1 ecu, which helps with the litany of features and MotoGP tech built into the bike. On board G meters and lean angle sensors, and other features really help the platform perform at another level. At BT Moto, we focus on niche bikes that require our help and change an already great bike to spectacular.

With the help of our engineers and testing (on the dyno and on the street), we have been able to streamline the much needed ECU development in a short amount of time. This has quickly turned into the best upgrade you can get for your Brutale with gains of up to +25WHP!

WHY THIS IS THE BEST UPGRADE YOU CAN BUY

Currently there are no real options to tune the new Brutale, so we used our experience in other markets and platforms come up with our own. Using a motorcycle dynometer, datalogging, and test riding, we were able to systematically fix the glaring deficiencies in the platform. Turning it from one of the "meh" ride feel to one of the most potent hyper naked bikes we've every tested. We all know the Brutale is a great, unfortunately we also know it isnt perfect in its stock form. These are the issues we have seen ourselves and fixed. Through research and riding the bikes ourselves we have found what other customers have issues with and fixed the following:

First real tuning option on the market
Top end power falls off dramatically closer to the RPM limiter
160MPH top speed, no use of high rpm in 5th and 6th gear
Acceleration that's jerky through the entire RPM range due to inaccurate AFR and throttle limits
Engine seems to struggle off idle to 4000rpm
Power that seems to level off (flatten) after 10,000 RPM with the throttle limiting in place

DYNO TESTING

The graphs below represents a 2021 MV AGUSTA RUSH. We tested factory stock and BT Moto flashed. There were no hardware changes, just software. This bike is 100% factory stock, even down to the factory rubber. The gains are massive! Peak to peak we gained 10WHP but that's not where the story stops. We also gained 25WHP at peak RPM and smoothed out that nasty midrange where the power suddenly came on. Overall the bike is much smoother and gains a lot up top. The mid and low range do benefit over stock as well and gives the bike a much needed pickup from light to light riding.

Below you can see the Nurburgring Brutale 1000 Dyno. We found the Race ECU lacked A LOT and the bike was nearly unrideable. Keep in mind this is a factory stock bike with no modifications. With our flash we were able to smooth out the power surge at 9000 RPM, and overall gained a massive amount of power.

**All in-house testing performed with 93 octane pump gas, unless otherwise stipulated. Different modifications and dynometers may make different power. Usage of a lower octane will yield smaller power gains. All power is measured from the wheel and not the crankshaft, whp (wheel horsepower) and wtq (wheel torque)**

STORE MULTIPLE MAPS - When you send in your ECU, you only get one map. You might be thinking, "why would I need more than one map?". Storing multiple maps means you're able to flash for different fuels. If you're a serious track competitor, we can work with you to get you different mapping for different tracks. If, for example, you're add an exhaust to your stock bike, we can email you a file that takes the new exhaust into account with the changes you need to optimize your bike's new modifications.
GO BACK TO STOCK ANYTIME - Not only can you store multiple race maps, you can also flash the original, stock file back into the bike at any time and for any reason.
