All products are approved E3 and supplied with a removable catalyst (where required).

QD EXHAUST introduces the newest kits dedicated to the Italian masterpiece from APRILIA, the TUONO 1100. Directly derived from the full system developed for the french Pilot Michael Fudala, riding in the endurance championship, this Slip-On is offered in 2 different solutions. 

A titanium Tri-Cone muffler, this is a RACING version with a 60mm diameter inner can for the top performance, only 1.7 kg of weight for a power gain of +5HP and a loud voice of 112db

A titanium Gunshot muffler, this is a pure MotoGP style exhaust with an impressive sound and a great power gain + 5.5 HP for 1.4 kg of weight and 115db of thunder! 

The link pipe is in stainless steel tig welded and fits on the stock header pipe, a carbon fiber heat shield is provided and also all the brackets and hardware for an easy and quick fitting. 

Different choice for every rider who really wants to keep the top performance from this beautiful machine and give to his bike a touch of real Italian style.

Note: A full homologated titanium Tri-Cone muffler, equipped with a catalyst converter and a baffle in order to achieve the euro4 standards (not something we need here in the US), is also available, but its weight is 2.3 kg while the power gain is only 3HP. The noise level Does respect the homologation standards with 105db @ 5500 rpm.
