Designed to take the Yamaha YXZ1000R “Side-by-Side” machine to greater levels of performance and enjoyment. Constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium, reducing weight from the stock system by over 50%, and finished with a hand-crafted carbon-fibre end-cap. The power and torque are increased for enhanced performance. The sound is improved to deliver a louder, deeper, fuller, and distinctive Akrapovič tone, with a sporty, racing sound as the revs rise. Designed with durability in mind due to the tough conditions the system will face.

The Evolution Line (Titanium) is a beautifully designed and finished system that has been perfectly planned to fill and fit impeccably into the limited space provided by the compact design of the YXZ1000R. The power and torque levels are both increased by 5.5 HP (m) at 8,850 rpm and 5.9 Nm at 6,000 rpm, respectively, all targeted to take the ultra-compact three-cylinder layout 998 cc DOHC engine to new levels of performance and exhilaration, making this S×S off-roader more responsive and invigorating for the senses. The high-grade, lightweight titanium construction sees the exhaust weight reduced by 5.1 kg, equivalent to a stunning 50.5% savings over the stock system, and the reduction adds to maneuverability and handling, further enhancing this machine’s outstanding levels of enjoyment.

To comply with North American off-road regulations, a system with a spark arrester is available for the US market (not this system). The system comes with easy-to-follow fitting instructions, and, although remapping the ECU is not compulsory, it is recommended to get the most from the system and the YXZ1000R
