MWR Heavy Duty Enduro kit for the CRF300

This three-piece Enduro kit includes MWR filter, MWR filtercover and a MWR nylon outer cover

Due to the very small surface of the filter the original filter will “close” very fast when riding off-road , this can eventually harm the engine , therefore after many requests MWR developed an enduro kit.

The kit includes a extra nylon outer cover to increase the durability of the filter , the filter stays much longer “open” so the protection stays at a high level . The outer nylon cover must stay dry -do not pre-oil it . Cleaning is only washing in dish water soap . The outer cover has an elastic edge with which you can pull it over the MWR cover and clamp it in the slot made for this purpose.

The MWR Performance Airfilter = excellent performance and max. protection . Not a copy of the original filter , always searching for solutions regarding performance , protection or fitment , some models therefore deviate from the original.

Tuning like all other sports filters

The foam material of our racing filters have a much more open structure compared to the road filters foam material which makes the duration of the maintenance much shorter , the protection is at the same level as our roadbike filters but for a shorter time , therefore the maintenance is much more intensive. Maintenance frequency for racebike filters are after every two race weekends. Therefore are race bike filters are NOT suitable for road bikes

Our roadbike filters have a recommended maintenance frequency of once a year …. regardless the mileage.

Even when you have ridden 50 miles that year stick to the guidelines , priority for the filter is that the foam must not dry out , keep it “wet” from oil

In countries around the Equator with high temperature and high humidity , the frequency must shortened to twice a year . Racebike filter can stay with the normal frequency of maintenance

Only MWR Biodegradable filteroil and Biodegradable filters cleaner may be used to protect the filter also from backfire.
