The SIA is a dealer tool which helps workshops to do quick, simple and efficient injection adjustment without installing a fuel controller module or doing a non-reversible modification to the ECM. It can be used to change the stock fueling map of the ECM to compensate for aftermarket exhaust, air filter, etc.
It’s also very useful for workshops to reduce the CO level of the motorcycle to pass the vehicle test and comply with regulations or to reset the bike’s fueling to the factory/default mapping. This might come handy when reverting a trackbike to a streetbike for instance…

Plug ‘n Go design
Just plug it to the expansion port under the seat of the bike and you’re ready to adjust the fueling. A very handy tool for workshops and skilled individuals as well.

Amazing compatibility
Compatible with most Suzuki EFI motorcycles from 1997 to 2014. The adjustment takes only a few minutes.

Advanced tech
With the dedicated dials and switches, you can adjust the desired working range of the engine easily.

Built to last
Rugged design, encased in epoxy resin.
Only high-quality SMD components used.
Each unit is extensively tested prior to shipping.
Oil and water resistant (IP68).

F.A.Q.

Are the SIA and the Yoshimura box the same?
The SIA is based on the original Yoshimura adjuster box.
We made and released the SIA as the Yoshimura box is no longer available and we got many requests to make it.
We kept the same layout of the switches and dials to make the transition easy. The function and operation is the same on both units.

What are the key differences between the two?
The SIA has the following advantages over the Yoshimura box (and any other similar units):
› Neater design
› More compact size
› Uses SMD components
› Encased in epoxy resin
› The labels for the switches and dials are more user friendly
› Reworked user manual for better understanding
› Lower price
› Compatible with more Suzuki models

Will you make the Injection Adjuster module for other motorcycle brands than Suzuki?
No, we do not plan to make it for other brands.

How does the SIA work?
Plug it to the expansion port under the seat of the bike and you’re ready to adjust the fueling. You can make the adjustments either with the engine off or with the engine running.
The SIA writes the mapping directly into the ECM. It can be changed any time and it’s a fully reversible process.

What is the difference between the FI Tuner pro and the SIA?
The FIT unit stays on the bike and makes the adjustments as long as it’s connected.
The SIA is a dealer tool, does not stay on the bike.
The FIT provides much finer adjustment, it’s a true MAP based adjuster.
With the SIA, the adjustment options are limited, but can be done much quicker and no need for a computer.
More bike models are compatible with the SIA.

Can I use it with an aftermarket/performance exhaust?
Yes, the SIA can be used to get the fueling right on stock bikes as well as on bikes with an aftermarket air filter and/or exhaust.
