We can add it to the surface of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Magnesium, or virtually any other material that you may send us, will be covered with CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) with vacuum and thermocompression by our original hybrid oven. PROTEC means Protection by CFRP has high strength enhanced by its technique and design. CFRP will be covered on the actual product you send so that expensive and time consuming molding is not needed. Custom applications are not a problem, feel free to send us your request. We can make Only One for you, eliminating others likeliness to copy. REINFORCED STRENGTH OF MATERIAL CarbonDry covers formed on any material will be stronger than its material strength so that PROTEC will contribute lasting material practicality. It will even be possible to lighten the material through this process which offers protection advantages such as reduced damages and corrosion. (Note - depending on layering, distinct shape, covering position and any other causes, conditions with regards to final product weight, and final strength will vary.) REINFORCED DESIGN PROTEC helps you when changing original designs, by extending a range of design for originality. The amount of PROTEC covering you want on a item is up to you, for instance if you want an entire wheel covered, or just a portion of a frame, or whatever you want, it will be PROTEC(ted) as much as we can. Caution * Some materials can not be PROTEC. * Sometimes due to size, design, or other causes, items can not be PROTEC. * PROTEC is an all hand made technique so that final finish might be slightly different from item to item. * After being PROTEC, it can not be reverted back to its previous condition.
